"The hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Ordino. It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep. "

"Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was a good spread with delicious breads, fruits, meats, cheeses, etc. room had a good shower and updated bathroom with a lovely mountain view. My only negative during my stay was the carpet in the room could have been nicer-there were footprints and stains on it. Also room had a strong perfume smell I could have done without. "

"This hotel is nicely sited within view of many local stores so it very convenient. The Argentine girl on the reception was a delight to speak to regarding the unusual hobby of me and my co-guest. Best of all is staying during April as the rooms cost next to nothing as the ski season is over. "Spent two nights here whilst snowboarding. Great location for slpoes and for hitting the town after. One issue was that it was a bit difficult to park nearby. We managed it in the end and was 6 euro per day. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and rooms were good."
