"ホームページ上、部屋の情報が分かりにくかった。本当はお風呂のある部屋が良かったのですがシャワーしかついていなかった。また、ハンガーを掛ける場所がやたらと高い位置にあり、洋服を掛けるのが大変でした。しかしスタッフの対応や朝食は素晴らしかった。欲を言えば、朝食を食べるカフェがもう少し暖かったら更に良かったなと思います。"

"3人で宿泊しましたが、ホテルからベッドのことで電話があり、なんとゆっくり寝られるよう、もう一つベッドを用意してくださいました。おかげで、ぐっすり眠れました。 　また、早朝出発のため、6時の朝食をお願いしましたが、快く対応してくださいました。りっぱなお部屋でのとても豪華な朝食、とても美味しくて、子ども達も喜んでいました。食後のコーヒーも、美味しかったです。スタッフの柔らかい笑顔が、よかったです。"
