"It was my first time in Zakynthos and I was here with my family, and Vice Hotel made my stay very welcoming and warm. They were very helpful with pick up and drop off from and to the airport, the cleaners were very friendly and provided us with any additional essentials we may need for the day. The rooms are very spacious and clean, within walking distance to Laganas Beach and other tourist shops. A lovely breakfast every morning next to the pool&bar. A special thanks to all the staff! "

"The Zante Pantheon cannot be praised enough. The hotel is well presented with excellent staff who have obviously been well trained and supported by the brilliant family owners. Although it is a 12 minute walk to town snd the journey back is quite steep it therefore benefits from being in a lovely quite location. "One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. The air-con didn't stay on meaning the room would stay hot for hours until it decided to come back on. The fluffy...

"The hotel is really nice and it's in the center of Argassi. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The rooms are modern and very clean. The staff is absolutely lovely, especially Miss Marina Tsiasioti who helped me organize my medication delivery. Breakfast is tasty, but it's the standard type of breakfast you get at hotels. "A wonderfully relaxing spot to spend a holiday! We stayed at the end of the season, and it was relaxed and quiet, exactly what we wanted. The beach is mere steps away and it wasn't crowded, there's a pool and sunny terrace for lounging, and a shaded bar/restaurant to chill in. Staff were all wonderful and attentive, food was brilliant and we'd definitely come back! I think next time we might hire a car, as there's probably plenty nearby to explore that was slightly too far away (and hilly) to...
