"This was an amazing start to our holiday and our first time in Mani. The village of Limeni is picture postcard perfect with an azure sea. The hotel is an old converted castle with a lovely balcony area where they serve their great included a la carte breakfast in the morning and a nice chill out spot in the evening to watch the sun set. "Basic and functional hotel, right in the road with traffic noise, unfriendly staff, not very clean common areas, the “forgot” to do any housecleaning, and charged me for hotel even though it was prepaid through Expedia. "

The manager was so helpful and obliging in assisting us with some special requests. Nothing was a problem. A lovely regional breakfast buffet was very plentiful. "Beautiful view from hotel room. Breakfast was ok at best, but view from breakfast area to the ocean was gorgeous. No privacy in balcony, since no separator between balconies (literally next to each other). Our next room neighbors were smokers, so we couldn't leave our balcony door open, nor spend much time in the balcony. A/C was very loud. 30 steep stairs leading to hotel, with a heavy suitcase is a burden. Road leading to hotel is under construction, so any walking to the restaurant area...
