"The house was exceptionally beautiful and in traditional keeping with the Mani architecture. Extremely quiet and remote with fabulous views. Great exploring and the most important for us was the wild flowers - exceptional in April. The house is very cosy and well equipped and even broadband is available despite it's remoteness. Jokke and Tonno were great hosts with easy and helpful communication. Gythio, the local town is about 30mins away (supermarkets, tavernas, petrol station etc). No local...

"Amazing view overlooking the ocean and a lovely crystal clear bay which was great for snorkeling. Kostas, the host, couldn't have been more welcoming! "A small gem set in unspoilt countryside with breathtaking sea views. We had a lovely time in the house of Dilly, who is an absolutely charming host. It's just five minutes from the beach and the friendly little port of Agios Nikolaos. Lots of great walks in the area and excellent restaurants. Lovely experience, we'll be back with great pleasure. "We had a very disappointing stay in this apartment in July. Both the apartment and the owner fell far below our expectations, especially given how expensive the place was. For details, read on. We had been assured by the owner that wonderful cross ventilation made air conditioning unnecessary, but this was definitely not the case in the summer heat. "A great few days in a small village. The local people welcomed us and showed us around the area. The village is in the hills where dramatic scenery is around every corner. The little house overlooks the village and has two terraces one facing the morning sun and one the evening. The house is very well equipped and ideal for a couple or family but the access involves a fairly steep path and some steps. The beaches are approx 10 km away"

Probably better to drive although could be walked toWe had an issue with the electricity tripping, but spoke to the property manager and it resolved.
