"Myself and a friend stayed for 12 nights (2 ladies. ) I can say that without doubt it was one of the best holidays I've had. Firstly every member of staff was attentive, kind, friendly and went above and beyond every time we needed anything, from advice, to booking trips, buses, extras in our room (kettle) literally everything was taken care of. "No hot water in the bathroom. The hot food at breakfast was cold and there was very little (3 rashers of cold bacon) for later comers. The coffee from a machine was undrinkable. The orange juice was poor. "
