"Extremely clean, new facility. The staff responds and communicates really well. The rooms are beautiful and very relaxing. It is centered in a great dining and shopping area of Old Town. I would recommend and stay again. "

"The reneiris hotel is on a hillside overlooking the beach. The view is spectacular and sitting in the balcony each evening was a great experience. BOOK A ROOM WITH A VIEW!! The rooms are modern and well presented. Breakfast is served in the pool bar and is varied and of Good quality. Pool area is nice, lots of parasols and pool was just right (1.6m max depth)"

"This is a lovely traditional older property - lots of stairs, no lifts/elevators. A rooftop open air lounge area to enjoy the views. Close to pretty much everything in old Chania. The harbor and all the shopping and restaurants you could ever want are literally steps away. Charming, helpful and accommodating staff. Highly Recommended! "

"The Ionas Boutique Hotel is a beautiful historic landmark. Our rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed. The owner and staff at the hotel were very warm, welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. "

" The property was very nice Room was well equiped, spacious and clean We had Jr suite with a pool and a lovely garden with loungers, yavle and chairs Staff was very friendly and helpful Plenty of parking Bed, shower, furniture was comfortable = Breakfast was decent but nothing special and the same every day. - Aircon in the bedroom (upstairs) wasn't controlable. "Excellent stay here. Breakfast was in included and really good. There was a restaurant at night and we really enjoyed the food. Rooms were comfortable but on the smaller side. Staff was amazing and very accommodating, beds were hard and they is down thing I think the owners should improve. Very walkable neighborhood. Beaches were 5 minutes away. Parking was easy to find. I would stay here again. "
