"Hotel Roberta itself to a tucked away on a side road and is not too prominently visible until you get closer. We had an uneventful check in and were able to get out to Vence Mestre station quickly. But we were warned at the station about returning too late on New Years eve. Return to the hotel that night at about 10 pm after most businesses closed made us nervous with groups of young boys loitering and setting off firecrackers. The room was a few hallway turns away. Room itself was cozy with 4 beds and a small bathroom (and a tiny shower!). Good hot water and plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. But would have preferred comforters instead of the wooly blankets. "

"The hotel is located in convenient, safe and quiet area, close to public transport which takes you to Venice in about 15 minutes. The staff was very helpful, reliable and friendly. My room and all public areas were always clean. The breakfast was excellent, there was a wide variety of fresh foods, good coffee. This was my second stay in this hotel. "

"The service was poor, the toom was mediocre Not worth the money, the property needs a lot if work ,our shower was dripping all night ask the front desk and they said just put a towel so you dont here the noise did that so short a towel asked gor amother and they tried yo charge me for it, also rooms are nit cleaned everyday If you there gor less than 3 nights terrible would not recommend the hotel. "
