"I was so disappointed with this hotel,It's was not what I've seen on pictures, the rooms were totally different from the website it shows, I've claimed and said that the pictures are old lol they really need to update Their new room pictures. Are really awful and the AC doesn't work, the room was really cold,Blankets smell dust,I think haven't been used before only kept in the closet :/ I have to admire the staff service was friendly but I wasnt satisfy at all booking at their hotel. "I enjoyed my stay at Palmyra Holidays Resort and Spa. My kids loved the swimming pool and the food at the hotel. What I liked most was the swimming pool filled with sea water. It was fantastic and the view overlooking the beach was amazing! A big Thank you to the receptionists Nora and Hadda, they were extremely helpful! I enjoyed every moment there and I will be back soon!"
