"What an amazing place! The Laurel Villa was so convenient, and so beautiful and comfortable. We loved our room, and the breakfast was delicious. "Be aware this is an old dormitory facility. The rooms are basic but clean. The whole place smells a bit of mildew. Pillows are not good. There are many hills and stairs to get to some of the rooms. "Very Zen ambience. Lots of rules though. No rules that impacted my stay but some of the rules were strange. Such as if you are drinking and vomit on the bed you pay extra for cleaning. It never occurred to me that this was a hotel issue. Luckily I don’t over indulge and fortunately I didn’t get the flu and get sick in bed so it was a non issue.
