Staff were helpful but to improve on their English language speaking as they use translator to communicate, very time consuming. Breakfast area was very small and cramped. Staff were so friendly and helpful. 5 minutes walk from station (look to the right at front of station for the giant green "G"). 2 convenience stores and one supermarket within 2 blocks. Super quiet area. Handy to access Shinkansen and travel to tourist areas. I would happily stay here again!"
