"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel personnel was more than helpful. We had a minor medical situation and they went out of their way to help us find medical attention. This was more complicated because many clinics were closed due to a holiday but they made many phone calls and found a solution for us. We are very grateful for their diligence. The hotel itself is very new and the decor is quite modern. Everything was clean and in perfect condition."

"Wonderful first time experience in Kinosakionsen! This hotel is in the perfect location. It's a very short walk from the train station and all of the 7 public onsens. Also a short walk to the Kinosaki Ropeway. There are 2 private onsens in the hotel where couples/families can soak together. Every floor has a light to indicate if available. Service is impeccable and easy to communicate in English with the staff. Food is plentiful! Breakfast and Dinner were included as well as an afternoon tea...

"We had a loveliest time here. Kaki San and her staff were super friendly and helpful, made everything easy for us. Some of the staff spoke little English but were all proficient with Google translate. Making reservations for dinner and breakfast was a great idea - there are many restaurants in town but eating at the ryokan is an experience in itself, plus the food here was excellent! Being in the middle of the town made it easy to go to all the onsens - the ryokan provides a free pass to all...

"Perfect location and value. The hotel was close to the heart of downtown with a less than 10 min walk to all the restaurants and 15 min to the station. Room was very clean, a bit older but that’s expected in TTJ"

"Enjoyable place to stay. Spa was nice though it was closed the hour before check out, so it was not super convenient. We couldn’t get double beds in the room, which was not ideal for a honeymoon. Still had a good time. "
