"The price is good for the weekend. The property is dated. Room is spacious but the washroom is very tiny even for petit ladies. Despite we had a non-smoking room, the room itself still has a faint cigarette smell. The shower head was hard to secure. We appreciate that the room has a kettle. It's within walkable distance of Oasis 21 but quite far from the other shopping areas. We used luggage delivery multiple times throughout out our trip and this is the only hotel that made us buy the luggage...

"Likes: Interesting breakfast with the option for in-room dining. Beautiful minimalist design. Good size rooms. Environmentally conscious. Friendly staff and service. Onsen. Washing machines, vending machines, microwave, ice maker. Dislikes: Lack of parking (but understandable in a big city). Lots of noisy kids running up and down the corridor late at night after 10.30pm. Lots of kids in the onsen with parents/adults shouting at them to behave. Maybe a special floor for young children...

Staff: front desk were very kind, friendly and helpful. Really nice. Morning breakfast staff are so nice and cheerful. ❤️ Room: usually this hotel chain is consistent as to the layout and style of room. This one however is different. Bathroom is a raised step to enter and exit, compared to floor height...
