The in room dining menu stated it was available up to 10pm but when I called at 9.45pm, I was told it was no longer available. Lastly, my colleague who book into the same room category received fruit basket and dumpling whereas I did not have any welcome items. Rather disappointed with a hotel branding that is under Westin."

"I always stay here when visiting my mum, i Stayed 7 nights, overall is good, but the air conditioner was not working. The room temperature is 25 C, it's in middle of March. Temperature 15 C daytime outside. The service is still good, they gave me a fan. "
