"The property was perfectly situated for easy access to/from Durban airport (max. 15 minutes drive away on nearby N2). Staff were friendly and helpful and check-in/out was easy. "The check-in went well, but downhill from there. We had the family room but used 1 room. It was hot! The pool water was deep green and we could not see the bottom. We were told that it was going to be cleaned “tomorrow”. It took days to clean so no pool for 3 days and then the next day we were on a tour.
