"It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The first room was comfortable and a very good size. My second Max room (same grade as first room) was tiny shoe box, but equally priced to the much bigger room. The nightly fee I didn't realise was double the average hotels on this app, I booked without researching prices. So you can find very good for almost half the price. "The staff were excellent. Restaurant was great. But, No provision to make a coffee in the room or on the premises was annoying as it was very difficult to find anything open in the village to get a coffee. Shower head was stable and water flooded the floor. Also, most of the people in the hotel were elderly and getting over a steep bath to have a shower is a health hazard."

"Very dirty. Hair on towels and bathroom. Told that they would refund but we booked through Expedia not Ibis. So offered a breakfast instead. "

"It was in a very untidy area of the the city and the hotel grounds were very untidy. The evening staff was quite helpful but the morning staff looked as though they had just got out of bed , so scruffy and looked like they had slept in their clothes.
