The room was excellent, quiet and comfortable and the fact that we could take our well behaved dog was why we chose to stay. "We decided to stay overnight at The Juniperlea Inn on our way to Edinburgh. This place is only a 30-minute drive from the city center. The room was excellent, the food delicious, and the staff lovely. We will definitely consider staying there again when visiting Edinburgh. "

"Lovely hotel, staff were so friendly and attentive, check in was easy and parking was ample. The room was decorated beautifully and we were happy with the street view. Close to town, easy to walk around and go out for a drink or coffee nearby. I will say, the bathroom was disappointing - there was hair in the shower and it was dirty so that was a bit off putting. Also, the bed was two singles bolted together but the bolt at the head of the bed had fallen off so it separated during the night...
