"We hit the lottery finding this place in Fez. Mohamed and his crew were amazing. Our stay felt more like staying at a family member or friends house than a hotel. The building is beautiful, clean, the room was big and so beautiful with Moroccan art. The food was delicious and Mohamed was very helpful in finding us an excellent tour guide. "

He had a sit down and we had a lovely tea before we headed up to our room. The room we booked was very spacious. The Riad was beautiful and decorated. "We booked this property based on the rating and it was a very disappointing experience. Our room was the terrace room (4 flights of stairs). We seemed to be the only guests. We arrived very late at night, so I understand not getting a welcome drink as advertised. However, there was no drinking/bottled water provided either. The room was dusty and the bathroom was terrible. YOU CANNOT CLOSE THE BATHROOM DOOR FROM INSIDE AND LATCH IT. No privacy!!! The walls were moldy. There were NO BATH TOWELS...
