"Pet fee was twenty dollars. Cookies at the front desk when we checked in. Simple but appreciated hot breakfast in the morning that was included in our stay. Functional studio space with large desk and surprisingly equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi worked well. Quiet "neighborhood" that was mostly office buildings. Plentiful free parking."

"It’s good value, with nice staff and facilities. But it was cold, even with the thermostat cranked to 78, so i think the HVAC may not be coping with Portland winter temperatures. They seem to be expecting noise to be an issue, but that wasn’t so on the upper floors. Could be a good choice when the weather is milder! "

" My family and I loved staying here! I deducted a star from the room rating due to the shower having some hair in it. Seemed the shower was just wiped down and not thoroughly cleaned. Luckily I travel with cleaning supplies and just cleaned it myself. The rest of the room was clean and spacious! We booked the king suite with pullout couch bed. "This property is still in the process of changing ownership . The rooms were somewhat bare bones due to this. Room was clean, they have the top floor being repaired so if you don't want anyone above you request a 3 floor room. the tv in the sitting area did not work and when i mentioned it to the front desk staff they said that the 2nd tv's were being removed in the next few months. one odd thing was when i got to the room, every drawer and cabinet was open and pulled out. Not sure if that...
