"It all starts with a welcoming staff, and this hotel has the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered. Add to that the location, the excellent breakfast, and the cleanliness of the hotel, and it’s definitely one of the best stays at a hotel I’ve ever had. "

"We only stayed for one night and the main reason I've booked it was to be close to the railway station. Ones you used a number of escalators to reach the station exit the hotel iz just a couple of min away. The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the ladies working in the breakfast room were amazing. Breakfast was good. Lots of cakes and sweets, however they could serve few more savoury things like veggie sausages and hushbrawns. The room was small but bed was comfortable. There was a kettle to make tea/coffee but only small paper cups not very good for hot drinks so my suggestion would be to provide proper cups and saucers. The city centre was about 20 min walk, however the bus stop was just outside the hotel. Busses 130, 131,131R will take you to there. All in all lovely hotel and we would definitely stay there again."
