"Our hotel room was very dirty with many small insects, lizards and other mosquitos. They were running around. On complaining, they gave us a second room which was even worse. The manager was called and he was very aggressive with me. I feared for our lives. He shouted and pointed at me and moved towards me informing me that my complaint was not valid. Point black he refused to even try a third room and told us to get out of his hotel. Avoid at all costs!"

"I have stayed many times in Mai Hom Villa Resort. Quiet,clean and comfortable and a good stopping point when driving between Pattaya and Northern Thailand. A small Big C shop and dining options are within walking distance. Plenty of undercover parking spaces available is a bonus. "

There was a large window that let in lots of natural light, which made the room feel even more inviting. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, and we appreciated the common areas, both inside and outside, where we could relax. Overall, for the price we paid (around 630 Baht for 3 people per night), the quality was outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great value stay!"

"The hotel is close to the park, which is good for jogging or walking. From Nakhon Sawan train station, I took a green open air mini-bus to a nearby secondary school. The fare was 12 baht. The hotel is clean with good air circulation. There is a balcony to hang up the washing too. I like this budget-friendly hotel. "
