Grand Visanu Hotel - OK for a one night stay
We had a problem because that the hotel had not received the booking for 4 rooms. This created a few problems, but all resolved. Room was very basic and bed hard. Bathroom very basic. Very long walk to find a restaurant. Free coffee in the morning. OK for the price. Unlikely to stay here again as there is limited dining and entertainment available in this area of town

ประสบการณ์เข้าพักหลังขับรถทางไกลมา 9 ชั่วโมง
โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง หาของกินสะดวก อาจจะเพราะเดินทางมาถึงดึกราวๆ สี่ทุ่ม พนักงานที่เช็คอินไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตรเท่าไหร่ ลานจอดรถโรงแรมอยู่ด้านหลัง ต้องจอดรถเพื่อเช็คอินก่อนถึงจะเข้าลานจอด แต่ไม่มีข้อมูลตรงนี้ แต่สำหรับคนที่ไม่เคยมาพักที่นี่ก่อนอย่างเราก็จะไม่ทราบข้อมูลนี้ และวันที่เข้าพักเป็นวันเสาร์ลานจอดรถเต็มต้องไปจอดด้านในสุดแล้วเดินกลับมาเช็คอินอีกรอบ โรงแรมไม่มีลิฟท์ อาจจะไม่สะดวกสำหรับคนพิการ หรือ คนที่มีปัญหาน้ำหนักตัวเยอะที่ต้องขึ้นลงบันได หากว่าต้องพักที่ชั้นสาม หรือ ชั้นสี่ ห้องพักโดยรวมสะอาดดี แต่ห้องน้ำแคบมาก โดยเฉพาะฝักบัวอาบน้ำ ถ้าเป็นคนตัวใหญ่เพียงแค่ยืนแล้วหันหลังให้ฝักบัวแล้วต้องเอื้อมมาหยิบของที่เค้านท์เตอร์อ่างล้างหน้า สะโพกหรือก้นก็จะไปโดนก๊อกน้ำก็จะปิดน้ำเลยเพราะเป็นก๊อกผสมแบบคันโยกขึ้นลง ก้นหรือสะโพกจะไปสัมผัสก๊อกน้ำทำให้คันโยกดันลงเป็นการปิดน้ำไปในตัว ในห้องมีช่องสำหรับเสียบโทรศัพท์ภายใน แต่ไม่มีเครื่องรับโทรศัพท์ ถ้าเข้าพักแล้ว ต้องการติดต่อสอบถามปัญหาภายในห้อง ตงต้องเดินลงไปชั้นล่าง แต่หากพักอยู่ชั้นสามเช่นเราก็คงเลือกที่จะอยู่ในห้อง หากว่าปัญหาน้ันไม่ได้ร้ายแรง อย่างเช่นรีโมทเครื่องรับโทรทัศน์ไม่ทำงาน (คาดว่าเพราะถ่านหมด) แล้วก็กดไปไหนก็ไม่ได้ จึงเลือกใช้วิธีไม่ต้องดูแล้วปิดไฟนอนแทนเพราะดูจากพฤติกรรมของพนักงานเช็คอินแล้ว "นอนดีกว่า" โดยรวมแล้วหากว่ามาเพื่อแวะพักระหว่างทางก็ไม่ต้องคิดอะไรมาก ห้องพักสะอาดดี สภาพห้องดูใหม่ ใกล้แหล่งของกิน อย่าคาดหวังอะไรกับการบริการ ห้องพักสมราคา แต่ถ้ามีผู้สูงอายุหรือคนอ้วนน้ำหนักเยอะ หาที่พักที่มีลิฟท์ดีกว่าเพราะต้องขึ้่นลงบันได แต่อาจมีตัวเลือกน้อยหากมาเช็คอินหลังสี่ทุ่ม
