"This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I booked a "Luxury Room Super" and was not given the correct room. I was told it was still a Luxury Room but without the fridge. This was also not correct. This hotel was advertised as a three star which is ludicrous. The neighborhood was very dangerous at night. Stay at your own risk."

"Please exercise some patience, as there are non-English speaking staff but they will try to help you. The rooms are really small. My TV didn't work and as a solo traveler, that was a bit disappointing and the staff couldn't fix it. In addition, I couldn't control the air conditioner with the remote and it's powered by inserting the door entry card into a slot by the front door. Which means, I had to get up throughout the night to turn off the A/C. This area was incredibly noisy during my visit...

"This Pousada is located in a nice well lit area that is steps away from restaurants, police station, bank and churches. Lots of other things like museums, more restaurants, cable cars etc are also walk away. The Pousada itself is small and cute with about less then 10 rooms, therefore, you get a more personalized service.
