"While I only got to spend one night at the property, it was definitely a property I considered staying at for longer. The staff was very friendly both at check-in and check out. I did initially have a bit of trouble finding the location as it’s right in the middle of, an area with restaurants and shopping and easy to miss. That being said, there being an elevator and also it was very quiet for being in a busy neighborhood spot. I would definitely consider staying here in the future if I should...

"This is a lovely traditional older property - lots of stairs, no lifts/elevators. A rooftop open air lounge area to enjoy the views. Close to pretty much everything in old Chania. "View was amazing with a balcony, but no way to make coffee in the morning to sit on the balcony and drink. Staff was friendly. I didn't pay for breakfast because it seemed over priced for what you get. You can go to some really nice breakfast places nearby on the beach for about the same price. Bed was a little hard. Really just the view, the location, and parking was the best part of this hotel. The price was decent. "

"We stayed in an ocean view room and the view was beautiful. Nice breeze. Location is high up with steep slopes, not feasible for older and those with bad backs. Property has elevator to avoid the slope but is hard to find. Definitely helpful once it is found. Interior could use some upgrades. But it was clean and comfortable enough. Enjoyed my stay. "

The staff went above and beyond (e.g., they met us at our car with umbrellas as it was raining out, noticed on my passport it was my birthday so prepared a free cake for me, etc.). "We had a wonderful 5 night stay here. The hotel is well situated and we had a lovely view of the harbor. Room was spotlessly clean with thoughtful amenities including coffee, comfortable bed, fridge, safe etc. George was so helpful and gave us some great suggestions as well as answering my curious questions about life on Crete. We felt safe and comfortable here and would highly recommend for a stay in Chania. "
