"We love being outside of town. The property was really lovely and the staff was great. Very safe and quiet. They have their own bar and restaurant right on the water and there are 3 within 2 miles. Just so you know, San Pedro is a small village. There is only one Dirt road north. "We enjoyed our time at the property and I personally would live there at the property. :-) The only things that drove me crazy was the grime and rust around the sink and all the mosquitos in the area. Couldn't enjoy the pool because the bugs kept on biting. You are literally attacked by them as soon as you walk out the door. "Mangata was an amazing resort. Itā€™s clean, small, quiet, fun and was everything we wanted. Outside of town, but with restaurants and bars nearby. The grounds are well kept, the bartenders, drinks and pizza were great. The owners, Justin and Jennifer, were amazing and extremely helpful when we had a small issue (nothing to do with the resort). We will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. "

"The property is wonderful! The location was perfect for us, it is 10 miles north of town so it was quiet and intimate. The staff was AMAZING! I cannot say enough how fabulous every single person (staff) there was. The food at the bar was so fresh and delicious, we have been home for one day and miss it badly.
