"The check in information we received through Hotels was wrong. In the listing and our booking information it said that the front desk was staffed from 13:00 until 19:00. When we arrived at 14:00 there was a sign on the door that said the front desk is open from 9:00 - 13:00 and 16:00 - 19:00. Truly there is no front desk. "We enjoyed our stay here very much! The room was so cute, the beds were very comfortable, it was quiet at night and the terrace was a nice bonus. The staff were all very nice and helpful, even helped us with our lugguge (no elevators). The location could not have been better, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still had lots of shops, plenty of dining options and was close to the beach! "
