"The room was comfortable and had a mini fridge and valuables safe. Staff mostly spoke good or passable English. Dining options were limited, but not unexpected in the middle of the off season. Plenty of places to eat in the retail park on the other side of the industrial estate. Very convenient for the airport and motorway network, but not so for the waterfront or old city centre."

"Stayed over following an event based at the hotel. Lovely friendly hotel, amazing food served buffet style for the evening event. Our stay was marred by the extremely bad mannered bar man we've ever come across. What kind of enjoyment he receives from making a clearly disabled man wait to be served, while he serves others just walking up to the bar, is hard to figure out.
