"I stayed a week at the hotel Minerva and really enjoyed the amenities such as the convenient breakfast, pool, proximity to the highway, and nearby airport. Wonderful friendly staff to see each morning at breakfast with Caffe latte and a nice selection of baked goods and juices. "

"The front desk was on the ground floor, as usual in Europe. The lift that I never used was a little bit up the stairs. To get to the 1st floor, I had to climb another circular flight of stairs. The room I had was big enough for myself, with the bathroom having plenty of space. Overall, the fixtures were aged, worn, but clean. The bed was very comfortable, the pillow being a little shallow. I asked for a second pillow and promptly got it. My room overlooked the ferry terminal across the street....

"A comfortable, spacious room and separate kitchenette with a balcony that has a glorious view. You do need to be willing to walk up stairs, but the effort is well worth it. Terrific hospitality. Great breakfast. Hope we can return one day. "

"A very clean, tidy and comfortable 3 star hotel that I surmise is family owned and possibly operated. I stayed out of season in April and it was very quiet. The breakfast is continental: mini croissants and viennoiserie ( chocolate and fruits), chocolate biscuits, fruit juices, cappuccino, espresso, cakes, tarts and tiny packs of Italian toast to enjoy with excellent butter and jams. "A beach town with a fair amount of residential properties and a good number of restaurants at various prices. Enjoyed all meals. Hotel staff were very easy to deal with and helpful."
