The staff were exceptionally helpful, we arrived early and they let us have early check in and even help ourselves to the breakfast from that morning. We even had a lift to the airport from Patricia when there wasn't a taxi available - super helpful! Each day we were able to have an umbrella and two sunbeds bought down to the beach for us which was fantastic, the beach is about 3 minutes away from the hotel and has lovely golden...
