"Checkin was easy and friendly. Our room had a wet towel on the floor, and one of the cups opened, as though someone had started there but then asked for another room. The desk clerk offered us another room, but we said we just wanted to turn in the wet towel, and get another glass. She fixed that, and gave us a couple of complimentary bottles of water. The laundry was easy to use, and no problem getting the needed number of quarters from the desk. The shuttle was there and ready at 3:15 AM, and we got to the airport quickly. We missed out on the take-away snack, but I think it wasn't so great anyway. (I heard from someone else checking in that breakfast was great, so sorry to have missed that) "

"Very clean and great staff that prepped our room early. We felt safe for being in the city and everything we needed was within walking distance. After our car delivery it was very easy to leave to the north."
