"In your application shown that our room is modern superior but when we arrived at our room it’s not look like in the pic that application showed then I tried to talked to receptionist she said booked via your application always have problems like this and she clam that the hotel have only 2 type are deluxe and superior. The hotel never have room type of modern superior and we must to stayed in the room that not lookalike in the application. By the way she isn’t nice made us stayed here...

"The staff were really good. Had a few issues with room ie no hot water thou was sorted out. Leakage from sink again sorted. Leak from ceiling again sorted quickly. It is very noisy until around 6am. If you are a night owl you'll be ok. Can't praise the staff enouth. All very pleasant and charming. If it wasn't so noisy I would stay again. Stayed 20 nights. "
