"Our first stay in this hotel. Greeted by a friendly receptionist with quick check-in. Room on first floor was spotlessly clean, airy and very comfortable. Being able to turn on/off radiator so much easier than the usual adjusting of air con/heating. Didn’t have breakfast so unable to comment on food. Will definitely return when visiting relatives in Wimbledon, for an overnight stay."

"The room was clean and spacious. Our dogs were very welcomed, although they were not allowed anywhere else in the hotel, not even the bar. We’re from Cornwall where dogs are welcome everywhere, bars, restaurants and shops. We were visiting family in the area so it provided us with a good base. We will stay here again on our next visit. "

"Booked us into room 14 which was cold. Spoke to reception who informed me that there was no heating in this room. Told them that we could not shower bathroom freezing and to sleep would be too cold. Very good and we got transferred to room 109 which was lovely but found out cold tap Didn’t work. No a hassle for us and room wax warm. Breakfast great and staff are friendly and helpful"
