"The manager Ozman is amazing and so are some of his staff. The breakfast spread is good but they repeat the exact same menu every single day. The rooms are super tight and small. The sofa bed has a very very soft mattress. Nobody (kids) above the weight of 30 kgs should try and sleep on it as it’s very uncomfortable. If you’re attempting to have 2 kids sleep on the sofa bed , good luck. They qualify this super small room as a family room and expect to keep 2 adults and 2 children comfortably -...

"Service was good, staff very helpful, complimentary breakfast was excellent Bathroom light sensor wrongly placed as it kept turning off while people in shower which was a bit of nuisance otherwise we enjoyed our stay"

There isn't much extra room for activities or to unpack/repack your bags, but there's a table that will fold out of the way, the bed and linens are impressively comfortable, and the shower worked perfectly.
