"Batis hotel is conveniently located on front line to the Rethymno beach. Hotel is located about 20 min walk from the old town of Rethymno. Rooms were modern, spacious and clean, however housekeeping doesn't work on Sundays. Air-condition is in every room. Dina - receptionist was very friendly and helpful, she replied all our questions. "Angelina is very welcoming and available for any need. She will do everything she can to make your holiday a great moment. We had a room on the uper floor (6th) offering great view to the sea and the city. But the downside is that we had to climb the stairs everytime we went out (as there is no elevator), but it's worth it if you're a little bit sporty. The swimming pool is good but a bit shallow (1.40m) and it can be limited if many guests (say 10) are in at the same time. Included breakfast...
