"It was decent. There are safes in the rooms but ours didn’t work. When I told the owner , he said that nobody were using them anyway. I said that people probably didn’t because they were not working, although they looked brand new. He responded that they needed batteries, but they didn’t need any since nobody was using them. This is definitely the wrong answer to qualify for being customer oriented. Some staff lacked grooming."

Also, there wasn't any info on the gym. A bit more comprehensive info in English (probably other languages too) would really help. Also, check in time of 5pm is really late, and check out of 10 is too early. I appreciate they need to clean a whole apartment, but its difficult to work with those times."

"I have stayed here before as it has a lovely pool ( nice to relax at after sightseeing) and is in walking distance to all amenities. The rooms are simple and clean with all you would want with the exception of a hook to put the shower head on, however works well when holding it by hand. "Belves is a beautiful medieval village, and Clement V a great place to stay. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating.
