"When we made the reservation, the Hotel.com hotel's website insinuated it was walking distance to the airport. It was a 10 min walk to a tram that would eventually take you to the airport. That was impossible to do with luggage. I would never have booked this hotel if I knew that I had to take an uber to the airport."

It still worked for us as we were only there for one night. We enjoyed the towel warmer although there were no facecloths which may be a European things as we didn't have any in the other hotels we stayed at during our trip.
