"We booked this hotel because it stated that it had an ev charger. It didn’t and it causes a big problem as we arrived low on battery power. We wouldn’t have booked this hotel had we known this. 😡😡😡😡"

"When we made the reservation, the Hotel.com hotel's website insinuated it was walking distance to the airport. It was a 10 min walk to a tram that would eventually take you to the airport. That was impossible to do with luggage. I would never have booked this hotel if I knew that I had to take an uber to the airport."

"Very helpful receptionist on arrival with baggage storage, as we arrived early. The tram stop was quite near so no problem getting into town centre. Our room was a studio with facilities to cook and eat should we wish to. The room was large and clean with on suite shower and the beds comfy. On a busy road, but not too noisy with window closed. "

"I liked the olde worlde ambience of this hotel. A great location within walking distance of Aerport tram and major Bordeaux attractions plenty of cafes and bars nearby. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The water was hot and strong. A window opens onto the laneway for a cooling breeze. But these rooms are small as advised. En-suite shower and toilet are very small. The shower head does not hang up by it self so 1 handed showers are a bit cumbersome and plenty of water sprays out of the...
