"We arrived exhausted late at 9:30pm due to horrible Paris traffic. We did not understand the Zenitude email because it was in French so we’re surprised to be locked out.After trying the emergency number many time a Zenitude employee did not help. We were left stranded with no apologies or refund, just excuses! With the help of 5 Lourdes Good Samaritans we finally were helped by Hotel Raissy and Astrid who I highly recommend. Hotel Zenitude was cruel to us!!!!"
