"Excellent hotel and facilities and would of been 5 star across the board except for one lazy member of staff at the reception. Eating their lunch at the end of the reception desk but unwilling to render assistance to patrons. Maybe it was her dinner break, but eat in the dining area behind not at reception. Wanted to reserve a table for evening meal, however we went and spent elsewhere."

"We almost rated them 5 stars but unfortunately, on our last day. There were 2 female staff were very rude. One of them just had a go at my husband instead of talking nicely but she talked to us aggressively. The other female staff upon our check out we were confused with payment and deposit. With her broken English and our broken French, instead of trying to be patient with us she rolled her eyes and said something in French and stormed off. When she returned again you can tell from the look in...
