"The hotel staff were not very welcoming when we first arrived. It wasn’t clear where we should check in. They provided water but you could only fill water from their water station from the one bottle provided in your room. And it was empty when we first arrived. The place doesn’t feel very hospitable. "Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. "Room was reasonably sized and bed was comfy. Efficient cleaning service kept the room looking nice but no window in the bathroom meant it smelled damp and we saw some cockroaches. Front wall of the bedroom is a large window so you must decide between privacy and natural light. Staff were pleasant and friendly but not very helpful e.g. on arrival when we asked for advice on where to eat they did not mention that many restaurants close on Sundays and those that do open is usually after 7pm!...
