They are limited on sraff, the staff they have with be happy to help. We had an issue with the A/C unit. The front desk lady even let us use a fan for the night. The maintenance man Nate was there early and fixed the problem. The manager Mandy is great. She will answer any of your question. Our last visit to the area was very disappointing and we stayed a supposedly 5 star place. Paris we are disappointed. So if you are going to Jacksonville and need a good place to rest.
