"Lovely stay staff very friendly and welcoming. Food in brasserie excellent. As we went as a couple the leisure facilities weren't what we had expected and they were quite crowded with a lot of kids. We stay often at Crawford burn another Galgorm hotel which is more suitable for couples for a relaxing stay.overall nice overnight stay and good value for money. "It's been a number of year's since I last needed to stay in the area. As I had stayed here the previous time and was satisfied then, I had no hesitation in booking it again and would do so in the future if needed. It is clean, comfortable and just what I need and expect for a business trip stay. Good food in the bar and easy parking. Good area for working at in my room (with a study / comfortable work chair. Couldn't use WhatsApp on the hotel WiFi but otherwise fine"

"From the moment we walked through that revolving door, we felt cared for. Due to a delayed flight, we were running late for a city tour.
