"Very good location with convenient parking and easy walk to everything on the island and transportation to everywhere else. Large room and comfortable. We have stayed at 2 Soho Boutique Hotels (Cadiz & Caceres) and I think the chain has a style. They do a nice, but not too fancy, rehab of a historic building in a good location. The rooms are big, comfy and with all the necessities. The result is a well priced hotel that works fine. Not the best or most beautiful, but quite good."

I received a call about an hour later to say the room was ready. We had been upgraded to an apartment for 4, it was lovely and clean and very spacious. "The property was well located being only a 5 minute walk from free outdoor parking by the river or underground pay parking. We arrived about 2 hours early and were checked straight in as the room was available. Staff very helpful and amenable, they put my ice pack in their freezer. Room quite basic but clean and comfortable and great value. We found the hotel to be quiet but it was not full. Ferry to Cadiz is only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and the town itself was well worth the visit....

"It is an old property and needs an update. it was built in the 1600s. however, it seems like the intent was to create an "old time Spain" effect. It's not completed, still has construction for the courtyard. The manager was helpful, very kind, and always responded to our requests. The cafe offered a nice breakfast and was nicely presented.
