"Great location! Hotel is right near HB station and walkable to shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. There is a Starbucks right next door as well. Our hotel package also came with breakfast which was descent. My only issue was that the rooms were really small. The double bed took much of the space. "We loved the location of this property and the beautiful lake views! Public transport into Zurich was very quick and easy with bus stops a minute or two from the hotel. "We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hirschen. Right in the heart of Zurich, you can walk anywhere and even walk from the Train Station (Zurich HB) to the hotel. There are so many restaurants and shopping around the hotel. The staff was always so kind and very welcoming. The highlight of this place was the cute dogs always around reception. Chloe and Hector really made our stay at Hotel Hirschen so much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"
