"great location very near train station. rooms are large and staff is helpful. restaurant has limited offerings and early check in is a hassle as they have no real luggage storage facilities (but they still keep them, to their credit). bathroom was a little institutional, but overall a neat little hotel."

"This was my first time Switzerland!! I decided to stay in Zurich and i stayed in old town Zurich where this historical hotel is located. The room was a good size very clean and a comfortable bed!! We went during the holidays and were surprised to see a Small Christmas market outside. The location was perfect!!!! Felt safe walking around at night with my young daughter after sightseeing or coming back from the train station which is only 15 minutes away walking. The area looked like a fairytale....
