"Great view of the fort and a very warm welcome upon checkin. Food was good as well. But the staff lack in basic courtesy and simple rules of hospitality such as - do not call a guest on their room’s phone at 11pm just to ask what time will they check out the next day. Seriously, do not call a guest at 11pm unless there is a life threatening emergency. Asking them their check out time is not an emergency. "

Hot water was slow but we had hot water. Close walking distance to clock tower step well and shopping and chat places"

"This property is right in the market area and yet quiet and calm. A variety of birds fly around the roof during breakfast with fort as a backdrop and violet temple in the foreground— kinda dreamy. We were in the temple room with old paintings on one wall. I think the dust rolling in from the street is a constant. Very convenient for shopping and getting tuktuk."

"I had a terrible experience at this property. On arrival the staff did not share wifi password. They mentioned we can only connect one device which was absurd. We asked for bottle waters like 6 times and they said its paid and we agreed to pay but they never provided water throughout the stay. I requested some salt and they ignored it. The staff members were not helpful and were playing some sorta games all the time. I planned this for my parents but it was very bad experience. The area was good...
