The staff really made the magic happened for us, they were thoughtful, kind and went above our expectations. The rooms are well decorated and super clean, the roof terrace is one of a kind and the small size of the hotel makes it feel like you are at home. If you are confortable with the noise and action of the old city (windows are not sound proofed, but that was not a problem at all for us - you’re in India after all), this is a perfect mix of good location, relatively affordable price and high end service. We would go back in a heartbeat!"

"Booked for 2 nights, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The gala dinner, though expensive was excellent, music, dance, food, drink and service was exceptional. We stayed in two of the luxury "Tents", which had all the amenities of a normal room and felt special. Close to shops and some restaurants, walking distance. Impeccable hotel, beautiful. Salon near by, really good gym. Winter so pool was out, but too cold in the evening. "

"This is a grand Palace, however, very few visitors, even in the midst of the peak season because of the poor maintenance as well as limited services. Our showers as well as toilet was in terrible shape. Go else with the worst I ever seen in my trip for a long, long time."
