"We had a fantastic holiday in Mayrhofen courtesy of the Gluck auf. The suite exceeded our expectations being modern, in great condition, and perfectly equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel itself is in a great location on the edge of town which is just a short walk away. There's plenty of inclusive parking. We were greeted by Monika who is a lovely lady and was so helpful. Highly recommended!"

"A beautiful building in a stunning location, but sadly there was a mix up with my booking and as it was Sunday there was no one on-site, fortunately checking my email I find the key code but no key inside. I used the phone number quoted and eventually got told a room number and I used what I now know was a master key so when I opened the room I was told to use it was already occupied, luckily the lady wasn’t actually in the room! "This hotel is a bit on the dated side. While the price was very reasonable and the staff was very helpful, it did feel a bit run down and tired. If you are a budget conscious traveler then likely this will fit the bill as it is safe and quite reasonably priced for the area. To be fair we were there in the shoulder season and maybe everything gets tidied up for the ski season.
