"Si i was surprised by how lovely and peaceful the lobby was. A beautiful water feature included live fish, a waterfall, and stream. The suite was nice. Comfy bed and sheets. All staff were friendly and even went above and beyond to be helpful. Super friendly driver to airport and we left right on time. Only negatives were that there was toilet paper in toilet when I arrived, no hair dryer, & tv continuously glitched. I told staff and they were gracious got right on the concerns. "

"The hotel is conveniently located near Powell’s Bookstore, and easy walking distance to the waterfront and Pioneer Square. The room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The friendly front desk staff was efficient at check in and made us feel at home."

"Awesome vibe in the lobby and rooms! We stayed in a corner room on the 6th floor with an amazing view! Only downfall was the insulation between rooms - we were able to hear full conversations and a LOT more from our next door neighbors....not for the faint of heart for sure."

"Tucked away but also minutes from shopping and eating. The room was quiet from external noise. However, within the hotel there was a bit of disturbance from activity in the halls and rooms above or below. Felt very safe. The rooms were nice and clean, but our bathroom needed some repair and finish work. Staff was professional, but not super personable. The lobby was a great resources for cold/hot water, coffee, and food for purchase. It also had a business center for computing and printing...
