"Very nice house with friendly and helpful staff. Its a up hill walk of a medium distance. A bit difficult if you have baggage. Breakfast is not included. But just a 5 minute walk to the beach and Monterroso's esplanade. Old town is about 15 minutes walk along the sea. Plenty of eateries starting from the moment you come down the hill."

We visited at the beginning of the season and were greatly impressed with the hotel and surrounds. The breakfasts were excellent and coffee and drinks were available in the bar.
