"I enjoyed my stay however when I arrived, I was told that I could not leave my dog in the room and that I would have to take her wherever I went. When I called for my reservation I had mentioned that I would have a dog staying with me and nothing was said about me having to take her with me. "I booked on Hotels.com. Front desk agent did not understand pre-authorization & trued to double authorize charges. Was not given free water on arruval as a Bonvoy member. I had to ask about check out time and if there was a breakfast. Staff needs training. Even a 2nd make employee was confused on how to check me out. I worked 15 years in a hotel, checkout should take 2 minutes. The night auditor posts charges and bills cc. All you do is turn in keys and get a printed receipt. "

"Great stay at n New Years Eve. The room was large and spotless the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Though we didn’t really use it, the kitchen was well stocked. Though the hotel had plenty of guests we didn’t hear a thing through the walls. Valet parking is $38, but very convenient and very easy to manage through your phone. "Our main issue was that there was no transport to the airport for our early morning flight. The ad specifically stated there would be transport, this was important due to being winter and we had luggage. Walking down the street with luggage was what I wanted to avoid. Uber with a tip was $50. It was a very early flight, as I said, however, I wish the posting had stated their hours of availability."
