"I had read a few negative reviews about the Ibis Styles after booking, so I was apprehensive, but my experience was brilliant! The check in process was quick, even though there were 6 couples ahead of me, the staff were helpful and friendly and communal areas were clean. There are no signs for the lifts/elevators but the staff pointed out their location. The room was also clean, tidy and spacious, especially the bathroom. "Great place to stay. Large rooms, very comfortable, plenty of coffee available. Breakfast included is pretty comprehensive, only thing missing was some bacon. The breakfast area feels a little crammed at times but it is a big hotel. They encourage you to think about a breakfast slot to avoid over crowding. Staff are all very helpful. We were given complimentary drinks because we didn't use housekeeping. Loads of shops in the area and transport connections are excellent. "

"We were in The Hague to go to a parkrun (for a Z) and The Moxy was perfectly situated not only for this, but the city centre too. Easy to walk to from Den Haag HS and right on the tram line or a five minute walk to Centraal station. Comfy, modern room, and lovely bar. Staff friendly and everyone spoke perfect English. Would definitely recommend. "

"It’s a decommissioned cruise ship, so its a fun and unique place to stay. The location is not good due it being located on a mile long peninsula. Staff was helpful and friendly enough with the exception of the bar staff during the day. We waited at a bar side table 30 minutes and were not even acknowledged, so we went and sat at the bar and left after 10 minutes since it was apparent we were not getting served.
